I have struggled with my weight and feelings of inadequacy. I'm always in a place of losing weight, trying to lose weight, not enough muscle, too flabby, etc... it felt sad and defeated--never good enough.

I want to be satisfied and to not have the thoughts of my body take so much energy. I would like to finally be at peace every day. To treat myself with grace and to make choices that will keep me healthy. To let go of shame and to stop feeling bad about my body as it ages.
