"My old body story lacked acceptance and trust. It was an uncomfortable feeling.  I want my body story to be one of acceptance and trust. More love for flaws, more openness to change.  During the project I experienced shifts in acceptance, love and respect for my body; realization of fairly decent body image, and letting some guilt go."
